Help with Puck Passport.

Email support@puckpassport.app. Tell us which device you use (iPhone, Android or web) and what happened.

Signing in

Puck Passport uses your HockeyGameBot account. If you don’t have one yet, you can create it when you first sign in.

• On iPhone: Sign in with Apple, Google, or a 6-digit code sent to your email.
• On Android: Google, or a 6-digit code sent to your email.
• On the web: Google, or a 6-digit code sent to your email.

If the code doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder and make sure you typed the address on your account.

Deleting your account

In the app, open Settings from the profile button on your Passport, then Account → Delete account. On the web, go to puckpassport.app/account/delete. Or email support@puckpassport.app from the address on your account. Deleting removes your account and every game you’ve logged.
